We have particular expertise in the medical technology, biotechnology, chemicals, horticulture, precision engineering and plastics industries.
We can carry out full technical, commercial and financial analyses of transformative corporate projects and then implement them. As well as devising and implementing marketing, commercial and operational strategies, we have managed transnational structural transactions on four continents.
Dr Jeremy Rowson
Dr Jeremy Rowson, Director of Xantho Ventures,
has previously held CEO/COO/Board positions with both private and public multinational companies, and been based in the UK, the UAE, Brazil, the Philippines, Hong Kong and New Zealand.
​Dr Rowson has extensive experience of business development, international investments, mergers, acquisitions and company divestments, turnarounds, leveraged management buyouts and startups.

​Dr Rowson holds Director and NED positions for companies in the manufacturing and retail sectors internationally.
Dr William Kilgallon
Dr William Kilgallon, Director of Xantho Ventures, has over 30 years experience in the healthcare sector encompassing SME and multi-national companies. He has worked in a range of roles up to senior vice president level covering Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Japan. Dr Kilgallon has directorships in a number of Biotech companies.
Dr Kilgallon has completed a wide range of entrepreneurial projects including MBOs, Turnarounds, Trade Sales and Investments. Dr Kilgallon has completed a Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence (RS EiR) programme and lectures on a Biotech MBA course in Austria where he holds a Professorship.
